Some thoughts, mainly random rantings. I was 23 when I started this blog, and as time goes on some thoughts will remain the same, some views may change when I am no longer the observer but actually the performer, in this play that is life. These thoughts simply reflect a bit of the chaos that plays through my mind every day as I take a moment to observe the little details that I encounter along my path.

Sometimes in order to win it is imperative that you lose.

Literally I thought about wars, but I guess that it can be applied to every battle, even the ones that we subject ourselves to but trying to battle with the concepts of self, society and he/she/it who is God:D,
Quite a brilliant quote, if only people would actually consider it.

The quickest way to end a war is to lose it.

If 'end'ing it is the objective then perhaps losing is the fastest way; however, if winning is a part of the deal then the end is nowhere in sight!
Bush will veto 'the start of the pullback of American troops from Iraq in October'; that says it all, doesn't it?

I thought about that and I wondered what kind of diplomacy we live in when the leader decides to veto a bill without consideration and before it is passed.

And along those lines, sometimes 'losing'-by forfeiting can be better than winning when you're not even sure why you are even fighting in the first place.

I think it's time Schools start teaching kids that not all games are zero sum.

I had no clue what zero sum meant, but according to Wiki "Zero Sum : In game theory, zero-sum describes a situation in which a participant's gain or loss is exactly balanced by the losses or gains of the other participant(s)."

I told you I'm kinda dumb, break things down sometimes
